Warranty

All LZX Industries products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included. Custom or modified products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our support team to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.

1. Contact support via your account or email.
2. Receive your RMA number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Refund or replacement is issued upon inspection.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
